Since 1983 Wave Trek River Raft Guide Training has produced world class white water river guides including Tao Berman. In 2006 Wave Trek merged with Outdoor Adventures to form the Adventure Rafting Company on the Skykomish River in Index, WA.
Adventure Rafting Company continues to lead the white water raft guide training industry with our state nationally recognized whitewater raft guide training program. This 50+ hour intensive training program not only exceeds Washington State Guiding Laws, but is also recognized by the American Canoe Association as a nationwide assesment tool.
Adventure Rafting Company is the only outfitter in Washington State to exploit Certified Whitewater Raft Guide Instructor Trainers who use the American Canoe Association's paddle rafting curriculum. Our Instructor Trainers have extensive whitewater and instructional experiences worldwide. We will go out of our way to make sure each student's goals are met and their river experiences are positive and fun! We look forward to seeing you at this year's Whitewater Raft Guide Training on the Skymomish River in Index, Washington. No previous experience necessary.
